• A review of some important rules that help keep our community safe:
  • We have only a few who violate our parking rules—please don’t be one of them! Do not park in the street, on the sidewalks, or on the grass.  Parking is permitted in the driveways and in the guest parking provided for guests. Those who violate this rule will be ticketed.
  • We have even fewer who violate our garbage can, recycle bin rule. They are as follows: put receptacles out after 5PM the day before pickup (i.e., on Monday and Thursday) and returned to garage by 7PM the day of pickup (i.e., Tuesday and Friday). Receptacles put out before these times or left out after these times will be ticketed.
